Blend the tahini with 1 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp water. Put the oats, 1 cut banana, cardamom, 100ml milk and 300ml water in a dish with a spot of salt. Cook over a medium warmth for 5 mins, blending, until velvety and hot.
Gap between two dishes. Pour over the rest of the milk, at that point top with the staying cut banana. Shower over the tahini blend and sprinkle over the toasted sesame seeds.
