Butternut & cinnamon oats

Tip the oats, raisins and cinnamon into a substantial bowl and pour more than 1 liter virus water. Spread the bowl and leave to splash medium-term.

The following morning, tip the substance into an expansive pot and blend in the ground squash. Cook for around 8-10 mins over a medium warmth, mixing much of the time, until the oats are cooked and the squash is delicate. Include somewhat more water if it’s excessively thick.

Put half of the blend in the refrigerator for the following day. Spoon the rest of dishes, top each part with 1 pot yogurt and a large portion of the nuts. Residue with cinnamon, at that point present with a sprinkle of milk.
